Following the Initial Term this Agreement will automatically and continuously renew for consecutive twelve (12) month terms (each a “Renewal Term” and collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”), unless either party provides written notice to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current Renewal Term of its intent to terminate this Agreement. Upon any termination of this use license, Licensee shall immediately destroy or return all copies of SmartPublisher to PRE1. Early termination accelerates payment of all remaining monthly charges for the term.
