Let SmartPublisher work for you by taking advantage of these great features.

Statement E-Tear Sheets

SmartPublisher now offers the ability to attach PDF tear sheets to emailed statements—in addition to emailed invoices. Just as with invoices, a PDF of the issue is uploaded and, upon emailing statements, the customer will receive a PDF of the statement and the e-tears for their included insertions.

Send your statements in batches, selecting all customers to be emailed at once, just those with tear sheets, or only those without tear sheets.
 

Coming Soon: Mailchimp Contact Integration

Are you a Mailchimp user who wants to do even more with the contacts you’re storing in SmartPublisher? You’ll soon be able to send your SmartPublisher contact lists to a selected MailChimp audience.

If you’re not currently using Mailchimp, you’ll even be able to set up a free Mailchimp account right from within SmartPublisher.
