Tip of the Month - Keywords and Special Issues
Get ready for your next big issue by searching for accounts you've labeled with "Keywords/Issues". On the Marketing Codes tab of each customer's account, fill this list with special sections, issues or holiday-based interests, then label each account accordingly. From the account search, enter the desired code to quickly locate these customers for an issue-related mailing. Use the eContact module to email these customers, attaching rate cards or other promotional materials.

SmartPublisher has utilities to help you quickly reassign ads and accounts? When accounts and ads change hands, use these utilities to find those assigned to one rep and easily assign them to someone else. From Database Utilities on the Admin or Sales Manager menu, choose Ad or Account Utilities. Use the search button to locate the ads or accounts for one seller, then use the reassignment button to choose the new rep. For advanced search options to isolate a group of ads or accounts by criteria other than the rep, let a Pre1 Customer Care support rep assist you.
