SmartPublisher 5 development is on schedule.  Beta testing of the software begins this week at a weekly publication in California.  Next month, secondary beta testing will take place in a multiple publication environment, ensuring that features important to all types of publications will have been thoroughly tested before final release in May 2008.

Use your Quick Notes and Followups to keep an up-to-date log of activity on each customer's account.  Whether you're using the Quick Note to log a call or scheduling a to-do item with the Followup feature, these tools help you build valuable customer contact history that stays with your system, even if the account representative changes.  And remember, all notes are searchable for reps to build to-do lists or for sales managers to track sales rep productivity.

Did you know?

The lists and reports you use in SmartPublisher may be exported?  Looking to email detail from SmartPublisher's reports, or just want to save paper?  To send the information on a list or report to a tab- or comma-separated, Excel or other file format, just click the Export button at the top of the screen.  Name the file, choose where to save it and select your desire format.  You may also choose to print the report as a PDF, which is available next to the export button.
